The only difference between stumbling blocks and stepping stones is how you use them
As we age we lose muscle mass and mobility unless we are determined to preserve both. Strength training not only burns body fat, but it elevates your resting metabolic rate all day long. Strength training improves your overall physique by improving your posture and lean muscle on your body. However, without mobility, strength doesn’t matter. Designing specific strength and mobility programs, jointly, for my clients is one of my greatest priorities.
