You can’t discover new oceans if you never lose sight of the shore
Fad diets, unhealthy fasts and expensive pills, are all quick fixes that can’t be sustained. When working with my clients, I take them through the process of learning how to eat in moderation and choose foods that will enhance their overall well-being. My goal is to find out what sets them off, learn why they over-eat, and discover what prompts them to make bad food choices. We set a goal, and make a plan on how they can reach it one day at a time.
