Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it

One of the most essential fitness components is cardiovascular training. It helps clear your head, rid your body of toxins, conditions your heart and gives you an overall sense of well being everyday. There is no “magic  bullet” with cardio training. There are only two factors that I’ve found that prove to be effective:

1. It has to be fun and it has to excite you.
2. You must be consistent.

Cardiovascular training has to be done five to six days a week. No weekend warriors please! There are no excuses with this type of training. You don’t need expensive equipment or a gym membership. You just need a good pair of sneakers and the desire to move your body.
